Documents signed within the US for use in other countries may require Apostille services to be legally valid. Consult with Mark for professional apostille support services to help ensure your documents are properly notarized and submitted correctly to the California Secretary of State. Apostille Service Pricing: Starting rate for Apostille Services is $180. • $100 -- Apostille facilitation -- prep, document review, applicable translation coordination, notarization, and submitting the document in person to Secretary of State • $26 -- Reimbursement for the California Secretary of State processing fee ($6 handling fee, plus $20 per document submitted) • $54 -- Travel Fee covering cost of travel to client for notarization and pick-up, delivery to CA SoS office, and then to returning document with apostille to 2nd location of your choosing. $70 for Additional Documents: + $15 - notarized signature + $20 - cover add'l CA SoS processing fee + $35 - Facilitation and time spent at SoS Office (multiple documents means longer wait times for processing) If you need legal help to prepare your document(s), please let Mark know at scheduling and he can recommend a lawyer to help. Payment by Credit Card will include an additional credit card processing fee based on final price of service. IMPORTANT: Apostilles can only be issued by visiting the California Secretary of State. While clients are able to visit the SoS office themselves, hiring Mark to handle will ensure everything is complete without multiple visits and time wasted.
