Documents signed within the US for use in other countries may require Apostille services to be legally valid. Consult with Mark for professional apostille support services to help ensure your documents are properly notarized and submitted correctly to the California Secretary of State. Countries registered with the Hague Apostille Convention typically will need documents notarized in the US to undergo apostille processing. Apostille Service Pricing: Starting rate for Apostille Services is $220. - $150 for one document -- Apostille facilitation (i.e. prep, review, and submitting in person to Secretary of State) - $26 for first document -- California Secretary of State Fee ($6 handling fee, plus $20 per document submitted) - $44 Travel Fee (i.e., courier service to and from SoS office, and to a 2nd location of your choosing) Multiple Documents: $270 or greater - $220 for the starting Apostille Processing Services - $50 for each additional document - $20 CA SoS processing fee IMPORTANT: Apostilles are only issued by the California Secretary of State. As a California Notary Public, Mark can facilitate the process but cannot issue Apostilles himself. Payment by Credit Card will include an additional 3% fee based on final price of service.
