For Loan Signing services, I offer a flat rate for buyers, sellers, and lenders seeking a skilled notary signing agent to help with their signing.

$100 -- Seller-only Signings
$150 -- Standard Signings (purchases, refinances, HELOC)
$200 -- Specialty Signings (reverse mortgage, jumbo, or complex packages)
+$50 -- "Split Signings" aka Separate Appointments with Multiple Signers

What to Expect at Your Signing
If you've never worked with a signing agent before, here's a quick look at how a typical appointment goes:
Before the appointment
Once your title or escrow company assigns me to your signing, I'll reach out to confirm the time and location that works best for you. I'll also confirm what type of ID you'll need to bring.

At the appointment
I'll walk you through each document in your loan package, pointing out exactly where to sign, initial, and date. I won't rush you — if you have questions about a document, I'll note them so you can follow up with your lender or escrow officer. My job is to make sure every signature is in the right place. *** Most signings take between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the loan type. ***

After the appointment
Once all documents are signed and notarized, I'll package them up and ship or deliver them back to the title or escrow company promptly, so your closing can proceed on schedule.​​
